ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
– Order Cancellations:
You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing us at all@cappie.co. After that time, your order will begin processing and we will no longer be able to cancel it.
– Order Modifications:
If you need to update your shipping address, item size, or other details, please contact our customer support team at all@cappie.co within 12 hours of placing the order. Once your order enters fulfillment, we are unable to make any further changes.
DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT / DAMAGED / LOST ITEMS
If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, or if your package is lost or stolen, please email us at all@cappie.co within 3 days of receiving the package (or expected delivery date in case of loss).
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or a video of the issue (for damaged or incorrect items)
Once we verify the issue, we will either resend the item or offer a refund, depending on your preference.
Please note: We cannot resolve claims submitted after 5 days of delivery.
CUSTOMS FEES & DUTIES
All international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are determined by your country’s customs agency and are outside of our control.
If a customs fee is required, you’ll be contacted by the shipping carrier or customs office. Failure to pay may result in your package being held or destroyed. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund in such cases.
